Astrid Terrazas lives and works in New York City. Her multidisciplinary work acts as a blueprint for imagined worlds. Her crafted narratives reflect her lived experiences, social engagements, and visual memory. They are stories of speculative futures, places that push personal and communal trauma towards tangible healing. The work takes the form of painting, illustrated ceramic vessels, and mixed media sculpture.

50% of Dreamscapes sale proceeds will be donated to the Henry Street Settlement Food Access Initiative, an emergency food pantry organized in partnership between Henry Street Settlement and Vision Urbana. Operated out of the Boys and Girls Republic (BGR)—with satellite locations at Henry Street’s Senior Center and its Youth Services building at 301 Henry Street—the food pantry acts as a pickup location for those affected by food insecurity, and a staging area to deliver emergency meals and pantry items to homebound residents.
